Disgusting service

Please note that this is regarding the above mentioned order ,am not happy about the way my order is being handled.

I received an email yesterday ,that my order will arrive today the 13th of December 2023 between 11am and 13H00pm but it's after 2pm now ,no contact ,no communication from the driver from dsv ,nothing and I was supposed to go to work ,now am waiting here for your driver am not even sure if is still coming or not ,does this mean I must wait for your driver until jesus christ comes Am so irritated ,you don't respect customers. I dont know why are you guys associated with amatures like dsv
