Disgusting service

I app**** for a contract and was sent an email that I need to send documents as the application is in vetting. I called the call centre and experienced the worst service I have ever received. All I wanted was an email address and which documents I need to send but was transferred 7 times and don't talk about the agents not letting you speak and just transferring without even letting you know. Can I just get the details I require please. I emailed and my ticket was closed without resolution still no email address.
