Disgusting Service at MTN Stores in ROSEBANK and CLEARWATER MALL

I went to two MTN stores in Clearwater this afternoon I have never received such unwelcoming service, this type of service is evident at MTN stores because I also went to both stores at Rosebank and the service was just as disgusting, The problem that I went with, to all all these stores was that I got ****med, and that I never app**** for contract with MTN whatsoever, mind you I am with Vodacom, I have been since High School, when Vodacom was blue, one store in Rosebank it was communicated to me that there is no contract like that with MTN, today I go to MTN in Clearwater Mall, I find that there contract has even been approved, by one of the third party contractors and so on, I tell them to cancel that contract as I do not know it whatsoever, they tell me to go do a affidavit at the nearest police station, out of my own time because of their *********** security systems, I do as requested, when I get to the police station, I communicate why I am there, the police officer helping me started complaining that MTN has been doing this for 7 years, now to the stakeholders of MTN please reconsider the selection of whoever is in charge of your processes because clearly it is someone who is not solution driven, if this problem has been persisting for 7 seven on your platform and you have not been able to solve it clearly shows your processes are not solution driven. To the CEO of MTN South Africa if there is one I hope you get this, and find ways to lead a company that does not help ******** to **** people who are not even your clients, I do not expect a call from anyone concerning this as I doubt if anyone at MTN even reads these comments about you.

So after getting the affidavit for the ***** that happened with my details at MTN, I did as told, the so called manager at MTN Clearwater mall, close to Macdonald's and not Clicks, by the name of Mpho, who was supposed to fix my problem, and did not, gives me a ***** number, and tells me I must follow up, as if I am the one to solve the problem, I speculate that MTN is part of this *****, it is actually MTN and another third party company, so what they do is draw up a contract with MTN with a random person details that they got a lead from leads companies, then deliver the phone to themselves, with the intention of not paying the phone knowing it's the person details that will be blacklisted, and again who often checks if they are blacklisted. How come Vodacom does not have this problem, or Cell C, simply because MTN is part of this new kind of *****. I went to Vodacom nothing like happens, and Cell C, but ********** MTN.
