Disgusting service at mtn pavilion !!!

I went to mtn at the pavilion( pick n pay level ) . I walked into the store at 6:45 to drop off some documents in order to process my new contract .

When entered the store an employee at the door said I can't come in now because they were closed . He pulled out his watch to show me the time . I said the store doesn't close until 7 and I wouldn't be long he continued to argue with me and said something to the effect of if I can get someone to help me . A helpful gentleman named happiness called me into the store and said he won't be long ... he went to get the lady that was handling my application. Gugu arrived within a few seconds to assist me and I asked if it was too late and she assured me it was okay and my application wouldn't take long . I have received the best service ever from gugu and happiness at then pavilion branch , if it wasn't for these 2 individuals I would have taken my business elsewhere.

After my application was completed i was waiting for happiness to give me my original documents. Whilst siting in the waiting area . An employee of mtn told us to "Fvck off and leave ". I was shocked to the point where I couldn't even speak . Another employee told us to get out of the store and continued to say that she has kids at home and that she needs to go cook for them btw at this time it couldn't have been later than 7:01 Pm . I mean if you have kids and can't provide for they nutritional requirements why take a job that makes you work till 7pm . And as for using such foul language in a store whilst customers (including young ladies) were present .

so tell me mtn are these the kind of people you employ .... also I subsequently took out my new contract at vodacom and I received excellent service from them .

I will also be taking this us with the consumer board ...
