Disgusting Service at MTN MT Ngebs Mthatha

I went to follow up on the Sim Swap that they did for me. The lady that was assisting me had an attitude and was very rude. She told me that I must stand aside, she is going to assist me after she is done with all the clients that were at the shop, because this sim swap matter takes very long. I waited and waited until she was done assisting everyone.

She called me and asked me to call the call center of which I did. The lady from the call center tried to tell her of how this is done, she was very rude to the lady and cut the call and told me that she doesn't know how to assist me and this takes long. She called her colleagues and told them about the matter and they laughed about it.

She told me that I must call the call center for assistance cos they do not know how to assist me, while the call center on the other side says i must go to the MTN store.

I feel disgusted and frustrated about the service i got from MTN, and I'm with a sim card that I bought from them that is not working.
