Disgusting service and unfair customer treatment at Mtn

I ordered home internet shesha 600 on month to month telephonically, the agent that was assisting me did not tell me that theres no 5g coverage on my area and instead she chose to capture an incorrect address just to get a sale. the router was delivered, and I did not work due to the above reason so called in at mtn support and was informed that I would need to cancel and I wouldn't be eligible for a refund. This service is absolutely disgusting because, their calls are recorded and the agent who was assisting should be held accountable as the error was on their side
