Disgusting service and customer care from MTN

In November last year I renewed my contract with MTN. When i called them later my upgrade had been cancelled. I have contacted MTN via their call center, email and facebook yet not one person can help me resolve this issue. No one can tell me why it was cancelled and now after fighting it for 2 months I am no longer allowed the deal!!

Around the same time I also took out an additional contract on my name. DSV (who also seem to be the most *********** company) did not deliver my sim card on 3 separate occasions. Now that has also been cancelled by MTN. Again, after many calls, no one can help me.

I have no idea how to solve my problem as NO ONE at mtn can help me, and about 15 supervisors are meant to be calling me back. Disgusting service and customer care.
