Disgusting service and ***********ancy

I accidentally over paid off my VVm Mtn contract, I reported this to VVM MTN with all the documents they have ask since April 3rd of over R2500.00 I have still not received my refund. WHY? I NEED ANSWERS AND I WANT MY MONEY.
