Disgusting service all round

I am furious and overall disgusted by the customer service of this cellphone and contract provider MTN is the most unreliable, ************* and useless service rendered. I've called 135 67 times in the past week to speak to a supervisor or manager and no one ever seems to be on duty one agent went as far as to say they on a smoke break! A freaking smoke break how pathetic, they don't even know what department is responsible for what service I've been promised call backs and emails and given reference numbers to escalations that mean absolutely jack b.s. This was the last straw I shouldn't be needing to chase up a contract or phone that was offered to me and by the reviews on here no one should get a contact with mtn, so I guess the only thing their bad customer service did was discourage me from further dissatisfaction with them thank goodness I saved on that. Really MTN just close down already.
