Disgusting service after being a client for over 25 years.

Bunch of clowns. I have been trying to cancel a cell phone contract since the 25th of October. Received SMS that it was cancelled and would have to pay pro rata costs. Today I receive a bill for said contract for a full month 12th of November to 11th of December. The call center for contract cancelations is beyond useless.
