Disgusting service

I have uncapped wifi through MTN, I was on a debit order and they kept double debiting me. I then just reversed the additional debit every month so they moved me to cash without notifying me. I then went and paid it at the store a few days after the debit order not going off my account. I paid my account up to date but they still switched off my wifi and are now telling me that even tho I've paid for the month I have to wait until the 27th before it will be switched on again. So I literally paid for the month and will have no wifi.
