Disgusting service

I am utterly disgusted with the service I am currently receiving. I app**** for a laptop deal on the 28th November, which has absolutely nothing to do with the Black Friday deal. Noma confirmed that there was stock available and I would receive this on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and the story had suddenly changed. Then the router was sitting in the store but the laptop had not arrived. When I called a day later we suddenly had the laptop but there was no router.

Every single time I call there is a different story. I app**** for this deal because I actually need to use this laptop.

Everybody seems to be so unbothered to even try and sort this out. Honestly not going to come back to Mtn.
