Disgusting service

This is my first Hello Peter review, as I do not usually do this and prefer to sort it out with them, but since tbe beginning of my order its like noone knows whats going on, I put in an online application for a phone + a smar****ch for R308 per month, when I was phoned by the sales department the lady said it will be R318 a month and I dont qualify for the watch.. Wich I sent an email about to resolve *** and the reply I got was:"Please submit the application on our online platform www.mtn.co.za once that has been done our sales team will contact you.

I refused to put in another application as I have already given my banking details to the first consultant and I told them I did submit the application online in the first place. And I haven't heard anything about that again.

Now I just want to follow up on the order as the application has been accepted, I just want to know when will the debit order go off, and I get told:"Good day Sir/Madam,

Im sorry but its not that ****** difficult to give someone a simple update to what is going on.

I phoned DSV and was told that the have no parcel with them.. So MTN is lying to me.

This is honestly the worst service I have ever received.

I would appreciate if someone could contact me to atleast cancel my order as I do not want a network that can't even tell you whats going on.
