Disgusting Service

I have not been getting the correct allocation from a data contract that I have taken. I have logged a query over a month ago and they keep closing the call without resolving the query. II've logged this query over 4 times and I am still waiting for a resolution. Absolute pathetic service. Can't wait to cancel this contract...
