Disgusting service

I am beyond appalled with the disgusting service that I have have receiving from this company, I have been getting no assistance from everyone that I have spoken to and they don't even care to be quite honest. I have asking for a refund since the 15th of May and I have been sent from pillar to post and nobody actual knows what they are doing, I called the call center today and hoping to get some sort of resolution but I am getting no joy at all. I don't know what to do any more.
