Disgusting Service

Since the 29th April 2022 I've been trying to cancel my contract and these people are always offline. How are you running your business when you can be offline for so long to do cancellations but you are up and running when it's time for an upgrade or taking a new contract. This is ********, you are holding us hostage to contracts we don't want anymore. Your service is appalling.
