Disgusting Service

I have called MTN after 2 hours of waiting on the line, they took me from pillar to post, Finally spoke to Zola who asked me to send my documents 14 days ago , which I did, she only responded once that was when she was requesting another document, since them its been quite, am really, really frustrated of this pathetic services am getting. Firstly you allow people to open cell phone contract without verifying , so that you can boost your sales. I need this to be sorted out.
