I received a letter of demand from mbd attorneys ( representing MTN) demanding I make payment arrangements for my MTN account . I called the call centre 5xtimes no one could assist I was refer to the branch went to the branch in Sandton no1 could assist went to the branch at Cresta was told to get an affidavit and go to Fairland office, did as was advised got to fairland was nicely turned away as they are closed no can help me telephonically and no1 can help in person this is why I don’t do business with MTN I don’t have and account with you why are you sending me bills please call me on ***
