Disgusting service

MTN Rosebank Mall Service is absolutely shocking

I went to the store to upgrade my contract 2 weeks ago , I was told the iPhone 12 is out of stock it will be ordered and I will be called to collect , I was not called until I decided to call for a follow up , which is when I spoke to Dyna who told me the phone will definitely arrive on Friday 08/10/2021 . Friday I called and Dyna told me the phone had not arrived and I could come and collect anytime after 15h00 on Monday . I went on Tuesday 12/10 to collect and when I got there I was told the phone is there but it can't be released until I call MTN customer care for them to process my application . I called MTN customer care and was told there is no such thing. I then called this morning and spoke to KGAUGELO who advised me that they only have a black iPhone 12 which can not be possible because I order an iPhone 12 in white . I now have to cancel my phone contract altogether for a phone that I have never received . I am very upset to say the least . After wasting my time waiting for a phone that I still don't have and my airtime calling the branch .
