Disgusting Service

Bought an iPhone 11 at MTN Cavendish Cape Town in August on contract

I don’t know how many calls I have made to them.

It is now November and the issue is still unresolved.

I cannot see my minutes balance,sms’s and data and on top of that I receive an error message stating that my SIM card is not rica’d

Disgusting service yet I am paying every month
