Disgusting Service

I have been trying to cancel my contract with MTN and this is not working for me as I have been put through to the retention/cancellation department twice with no success. However, if I were to renew a contract, I would probably have the new phone in my hand already.

I have not had any problems with MTN until this point. This review serves as legal proof that I wanted to cancel my contract but could not get through to the retention/cancellation department. If MTN is to deduct a cent from my account I will be taking legal action.
