Disgusting service

I am so angry and I regret getting a contract through MTN. I took out a contract last week and "received" the phone now. When I say received.... 1. The packages was open when I got it as it was delivered to someone else first 2. It has 2 sim cards in the box and both do not work. 3. I can not get the sim card activated. 4. I have been put through to multiple departments because NO ONE is competent at MTN. I want the phone fetched and I want my contract cancelled!!!!!!!!!
