Disgusting Service

There is absolutely no customer service at MTN whatsoever. I requested for a letter confirming that my account is not handed over over 10 days ago and nothing.the manager at the legal department Nompucuko doesn't even have the decency to respond to my emails, i have followed up and nothing.......how hard is it to provide a letter confirming that my account is not handed over and I'm up to date with my payments????? Never take out a contract with MTN.....
