Disgusting service

I was contacted by a lady on the number *** and she was selling me some MTN subscription. This lady ruined my whole morning with her disgusting, gutter attitude. No wonder people are loosing interest in MTN because the people that you employ have zero customer service. I come from a call center environment where you have to sell things but clearly MTN does not teach politeness in training. I was working and was disturbed by this call and when I tell the lady I am not interested in her product she drops the phone in my ear. Why the F did she call me in the first place and where did she get my contact details. She said she is calling from CCI if I am not mistaken. Absolutely ********** experience.
