Disgusting Service

Good day

Had the worst experience with mtn direct sales the the consultant Kemashin hang up the call on me twice which is so rude and unacceptable and simply despicable. I wanted to upgrade to the Galaxy Fold 5 and now I want to cancel all my packages with MTN as this service is disgusting. It's a pity that I cannot give minus stars. Will definitely make sure that people know about this unspeakable service that I have received since Monday. Would not recommend MTN at all!!!
