Disgusting Service!!!

Absolutely disgusting survice! Account runs from 12th to 12th each month. Did upgrade but was not made aware of additional costs. Payment arrangements made, but suddenly over a week before payment due line is cut after payment.... 3 calls to customer care, all get dropped without answers or assistance!!! If ft his is what you get for so many years loyalty then I guess it best to find someone else...... Absolutely disgusting MTN.....
