Disgusting service 4weeks later and still waiting for my insured device.

Disgusting service from MTN and there pathetic insurance I was ****** for weeks ago and still don’t have my cellphone mind you this is a business contract disgusting customer service I have to literally phone in everyday single day to find out what’s happening no one gives me any updates or feedback. They keep lying even gave me a tracking number that doesn’t exist.!!!!!!!! I am definitely leaving MTN and there **** insurance! And still I have to now wait another week and they still can’t tell me if I’ll get my phone I mean I store is full of dam cellphones but they don’t have stock!!!!!!!! No one can assist me and I’m sure they platform won’t help me too just hoping it riches there bosses! They act like they don’t need business no wonder they don’t get bonuses anymore!!!!
