Disgusting service

I went to MTN East Rand Mall to get help to cancel something, the lady that helpede was so busy on whatsapp she was not even interested to help me, she gave me a number and said to phone this number, I asked her if she could help mrle l, but yet she carried on with whatsapp, I am absolutely disgusted with theservice and will never go baxk, i suggest you sort out your staff
