Disgusting service

On 08 August my number was *******ly swapped and ported. As a result of this I experienced credit card *****. In order for the investigation to proceed, I needed a letter from MTN stating the activity on my number. I sat for over an hour being transferred from pillar to post with no one to assist. I am actually exhausted and not sure what this worthless company can do for their customers. How can someone *******ly swap my number, a number I have used for 20 years. Pathetic service. You can't even get a hold of a ***** department. Totally disgusted that people's identities can be taken so easily.
