DISGUSTING SERVICE/
I recently upgraded my handset with Mtn , the service was great until they had to deliver my new handset. I was supposed to get it last week but no one calls to update me. I called on Thursday and left messages 2 times because apparently no one can assist except the sales guy I took the phone with. I just need MTN to deliver my phone that I WILL BE PAYING FOR, I don't know if this is too much to ask for. I have been with MTN for 3 years now, without fail paying whats due to them.
