Disgusting service

I have called MTN 3 times in a row, I have spoken to 10 different consultants, whom are either: - Transferring my calls continuously - Answering the call but refuse to respond when answered, I can hear the entire call center in the back ground, yet no consultant speaking back to me. - Consultants are asking me the same questions the entire time, only to than tell me "please hold you at the wrong department".

MTN you are the worse honestly!!!!!!!
