Disgusting service

Mtn is the most useless organisation ever with its employees even their sms 30988 accomodates only email when you specify the date for ITB it says invalid message sent.. I've been requesting for mere december ITB for *** for more than a month now and i have sent more that ten emails, not even one of my email was answered the only message i get is that automative message to acknowledge my email.. Is it a difficult job to sent ITB gosh, i wouldnt wanna mention their consultant they drop the phone while you holding MTN is a disgrace whoever is in charger of it needs to fix this organisation from the bottom going up..
