Disgusting Service

I recieved a bill in excess of R2000 for mobile data used, yet I DO NOT use mtn data.<br> <br> I have logged multiple complaints to no avail.<br> <br> My cellphone hasnt changed neither has any settings and i have been monitoring all the data, yet i am bleeding data during the odd hours of the night with sessions exceeding 300mb per session.<br> <br> The IP access logs go back to MTN eBusiness, a service which i have never used. Kindly resolve this as a matter of urgency! or kindly issue me a refund for the remainder of this contract so i NEVER have to use it again. Theft is a crime and your service is pathetic!<br> <br>
