Disgusting service

My husband left to live overseas on the 7th of August. Before he left he organised for me to have authority over his account. This was not an easy process. After many calls and emails we eventually managed to get this done (or so we thought). On the 13th August I tried to phone him overseas and found that I couldn't dial international numbers. I then dialed 808 and after waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer my call I was told that I do not have the authority to make changes on the account. AFter explaining that this had been sorted out I was then told that I need to switch my phone on and off again and it should then be able to make international calls (***). I did as I was told and tried again to make a call, the calls were still unable to go through. I then phoned back and was told that I was not authorised to make changes on the account. I explained that we had done the necessary paper work to enable me to sort the account out. I was then told that no such records appeared on the system. In desperation I drove to the office, at 9 at night to get the email with the reference on. I cannot believe that I have to do MTN's work for them. (***)
