Disgusting Service

Dear MTN Customer Care

I even feel calling this line customer care is a joke - as in my opinion MTN is the biggest ********* I have ever come across. For a query that took place from 13/05 & to date I have not received a response - the service has gone way beyond pathetic. I have 2 reference numbers : 103.83843/ ***8 that have not even been met with any response. I have officially been disconnected of the MTN network for a phone bill of R2900. Thank you MTN for being such an inconsiderate service provider. I have now got a new ref number for a data validation - *** , I hope for once MTN comes to the party & does what needs to be done from your side, as I once this issue resolved once & for all.

MTN please stop robbing innocent customers to make up for your depleting Profit margin. Just like you I will like this issue resolved sot hat I can pay the rest of my bill & go on with my life.

Thanks
Anisa
