Although this message is going to the "customer care" department, I am sure nothing will come of it. On can not talk about service, because there is no.
This is a massage from last year June 2018 and was charged every following month. How cum do I have continues trouble with your ****ty company to make calls to Europe. Two weeks ago I was told that I was not registered to make calls to Europe. This is pathetic. I have called you and complaint about it only be told that it will be investigated. This is now three weeks + ago and am still waiting. Trying to find out a number to check how much funds is still available before I make a call is also totally impossible.
