Disgusting service
MTN suspended all my lines due to them capturing incorrect bank account number in October 2018. Charlotte in Forest Hill Mall MTN is the sales person who messed up and now I am liable for her mistakes. I then made more than 50% for them to open my lines. On Friday the 12th of April, they suspended my lines again. I have been an MTN customer since 2007 and all my debit orders have been running correctly and I have never defaulted on my account.
