Disgusting service
Called in on Thursday coz for some reason my debit order didn't go through...scheduled a debit order for friday but today I call in to find out whats going on as the debit order hasnt gone through...only to find out the the idiot that yall employed scheduled a debit order for R25 and not for my whole installment....why do you give stupid people such huge responsibility of going into people's accounts and making such mistakes

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.
The debit order for R159.01 returned unpaid due to insufficient funds in your account.
We have requested that the 808 supervisor pull the recordings on the 4-1-2018.
We cannot give you the explanation why the agent only set up the arrangement for R25.56 for the 5-1-2018 and not the full amount owing, we pick up that the request was sent again for the debit of R144.85 to be paid on the 5-2-2018.
