DISGUSTING SERVICE

I ordered an upgrade online as i was being bugged daily by MTN to do so as i would save costs in comparison to going into a branch. I ordered the phone on the 29/08/2017. I have called MTN on several occassions and was told that they have sent it to SAMA. I cannot understand how i can order the upgrade with MTN but i am being told to call SAMA where you wait for 20 minutes to get through and then get cut off. 2 weeks ago i spoke to Luciano at SAMA who promised me that it will take 72 maximum for the phone to be delivered. It is a week later and nothing. i called SAMA again today who gave me an order number and that i have to call the couriers. When i eventually got through to them, i was told that they have no such number on record. I then tried calling SAMA again and waited 10 minutes on 2 occasions and was cut off. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have never order online and have been told by the supplier that i have to phone another company and they in turn tell me to call the couriers. This is the last time i will ever do business with MTN and will make sure i tell everyone of the **** service MTN provides.
