Disgusting service

I took a contract with MTN through Broadband solutions. I was convinced to take a data package with my iPhone 11 contract. But they failed to explain to me that the data package would not be on the same sim as the phone but would be on a separate sim. I immediately requested to cancel the data package on the 19th July. I’ve since then not heard anything about my cancellation and according to Broadband solutions, they are waiting for confirmation from MTN.

I have tried multiple times to get hold of MTN but no assistance. And till this day, my data and airtime from my phone contract has not been on my phone, according to customer service, my number is on prepaid HOW !!!!!!!
