Disgusting service

Disgusting service. After escalating a recurring issue with our home internet device, I was told that I need to phone in for an update on whether the matter has been resolved. The consultant I spoke to said that they operate an inbound call centre and will not do an outbound call. She was dismissive and couldn’t end the call quickly enough. Stay far away, they don’t even know how to spell “client centric”.
