Disgusting Service!

Its absolutely disgusting and appalling in the manner in which MTN conducts themselves. Last year I had encountered endless issues in actually getting hold of the relevant department to cancel my contract, via telephone and email. Eventually i received an email and confirmation that it will be cancelled and had to pay a fee. The fee was paid and a POP sent to Refilwe Molefe. She has assured me in writing that this account has been cancelled. Now my incoming and outgoing calls have been blocked due to an amount due to MTN! I have sent an email with no response as yet which is common from MTN, they are never proactive and have no SLA in which and how to handle clients, there is no turn around time because they employ a bunch of *********** individuals.
