Disgusting service

Absolutely appalled at MTN. A contract was opened up on my name without me knowing (**********ly) and has been running for more than 2 years! I now need to MTN to stop the debit order for that account and reimburse but they basically just refuse to contact me after i tried to contact them numerous times. I would definitely not recommend going anywhere near MTN when looking to get a phone or any device.
