Disgusting service
<p>I called mtn network coverage line( ********** 212)</p> <p>The person said his name is nhlanhla</p> <p>He has the most anoying attitude ever</p> <p>I told him mtn has lost signal in my area and he was so rude as if im a paying customer</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN must teach their people to help us in a calm manner</p> <p> </p> <p>I called again and got help from anada guy (could not get his name)</p> <p>He was very sweet and explained to me what is going on</p> <p>He didnt ask alk the nonsense that nhlanhla wanted me to have</p> <p>He just asked me to hold while he checks where i am connected and came back and told me that it is being attended to and will be back online </p> <p> </p> <p>Mtn must do something about this, i am not happy at all</p>
