DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have been contacted by MTN, told them my whole story, contract cancelled in May 2020, as a pay as you go. I contacted 135, for 5 calls no one could help, all they said was yes it is cancelled but no one can tell me why i am still being charged. The person who contacted me after my last complaint continued with the same bull....... saw contract was cancelled but could not help me. Said send email to retentions at MTN and i did, sent 2 already and still they working on it and now it is already 1 month that my pay as you go service is suspended, my gig data expired that i bought but i can still NOT USE my pay as you go phone thanks to the *********** staff at MTN.
