Disgusting service

You don't even deserve a star,I reported a ****** phone 27 Nov 22,I'm trying to get the SIM card unlocked,call centre is useless & the mtn branch in Southgate,I was told to pay my account & they will cancel the debit order,now I have paid twice & they are unable to do a SIM swap...Mtn has dropped its standard their employees are just unhappy people who give poor service,I need my refund & a new SIM card
