Disgusting service

Disgusting service, I received an SMS "you are ready for an upgrade, if you don't this contract will change from R216-52 to R638-27 on 19/1/2023". Called at Edenvale Hyperama shop on 4 Jan for a new contract. They only processed it on the 10 (nobody knows why). Debited R288-00 on 1 Feb and then R628-36 on 1 March. NEW CONTRACT AMOUNT SHOULD BE R315-00. Called at the shop on 1 Feb, was given the run around - apparently staff member was transfered, but they promised to phone me to explain. STILL WAIITING FOR A PHONE CALL AND EXPLINATION
