Disgusting service!

If I could give negative stars I would! For three months now I have been trying to cancel my contract. I call and wait 2 hours on the line and then the call drops. When I email they deliberately delay the process by saying they need documents but do not specify which ones. I am absolutely disgusted!!! Over and above this each month I have to wait for the bill to pay as i had a debit order which for some reason they seem to have forgotten about and then i get rude calls asking for money even though payment has been made! Absolutely disgusting all i want to do is cancel as the contract is up for renewal but i can clearly see their money making tricks! Hate this service provider. No one is helpful at all. And emails are responded to as and when they feel like. As I write this I am still on hold for 30 mins already!
