Disgusting Seravice
<p>I have a contract through MTN for 560 per month. Get an incorect bill. have phoned 6 times for an itemised bill and a copy of my contract. I get a reference number each time an am told this will be sent to my email address promptly. Nothing has been sent. I keep on getting SMS stating my bill is in arrears and my line is to be suspended. What more can i do to correct this. MTN your service stinks</p>

Kindly be advised for the March and April month the itemized billing service has not been added to the account, we have requested for the itemized billing report to be send to us, once received this will be forward to you.
The usage limit do not cover for content or any other extra service used.
The account is in arrears R 5,253.57.
We do pick up that the account has been billed for content charges.
Kindly be advised that any services used on the sim card will be charged to the account, content services is not a MTN service and from our side we cannot activate this, content service can only be activated by the user of the handset. MTN do not credit the account for any content charges. We have sent the request to the Content service providers to remove your cell number from the data base they will send a SMS once this has been done. The content services used SmartPhone and ViaMedia. Your unsubscribe has been logged as #***.
You may use the following USSD code to block the content service providers: *141* 5 # select option written content billing.
The account is not billed for extra data or calls made from the sim card. The account is billed for content charges and ME 2 U transfer done, airtime has been transferred from your sim card to another number this service is billed R0.50 per transaction. The account has been billed for Short messages after the 100 SMS received fee with the package has been utilized.
Please make payment to the account.
