Disgusting rude service

Absolute ******* service from Ricky at The Glen branch. The store next to Flight Centre. Doesn't tell me that I need to get a Sim card from Pep because their store doesn't have. I first need to get a proof of residence for a stupid Sim swap for a non contract phone. Makes me run around the whole freaking mall. The one guy tells me that he will keep me a space in the queue if I go to pep to buy the Sim. So I do that and come back and Ricky forces me back at the end of the queue. I have never seen such disgusting rude customer service. I am going to go to another service provider. Worst experience ever. He has no people s****s. He shouldn't work in retail. I will never go to that store again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know. I hate being inconvenienced
